All our installers are trained in the ZEN Solar Academy to our own high-level company standards. We'll never just "hire a contractor" to work on your home electrical system. Our ZEN installers are a combination of employees and skilled, trained, trusted and certified contractors that are solely contracted to ZEN.
We take care of all the changes with your electricity supplier along with all the other paperwork for Government subsidies and compliances. We even book your Import / Export meter changeover with ETSA. ZEN will manage the entire process on your behalf.
ZEN is here for the long term to service and maintain your system with our own in-house technical support and customer care divisions. Our systems offer:
a) German built ZEN Solar Control Centre featuring the latest transformerless high efficiency technology with inbuilt Bluetooth communication.
b) Matching ZEN Bluetooth wireless in-home monitor comes standard with every system.
c) Individually earthed panels for your family's protection as part of the ZEN installation process. (Most solar companies in Australia do not earth panels and run the risk of the array becoming "live" due to poor quality components, weak junction boxes and rodents interfering with cable.)
d) Concealed cable within the mounting system channels to avoid interference by rodents and raised 50mm off the roof for water and leaves to wash away underneath.
e) Our own custom designed, Australian made Solar Mounting System (strongest on the market and built to last) with all rail ends trimmed and capped for the neatest finish possible.
f) The latest ZEN 190W "Blackline" Monocrystalline high efficiency panels for the best aesthetics possible.
