From interview to inspection
So you’ve decided to go solar, or perhaps just want to investigate how a solar energy system can help you specifically. At ZEN we make the process easy with the following simple steps.
Step 1. Visit or phone one of our retail stores.
Step 2. Make an appointment for a no obligation, free home inspection where a ZEN Technical Sales Representative will come out to your home, assess and measure your roof, then discuss your bill and if you would like to offset or completely cover your electricity bill. They will answer any questions you have regarding a ZEN Home Energy System. We ask that you have your last few electricity bills ready for your appointment.
During the visit our staff also take the time to suggest ways of reducing your electricity consumption around the home. We can also advise ways to optimize your energy usage by using appliances during off-peak times where appropriate
Step 3. You will be sent out a formal quote after your home inspection. To secure your quote we require a 10% deposit. Once we have received your deposit we will begin the application process with your electricity utility for you to ensure that you have the correct metre for your solar installation.
Step 4. ZEN will phone you to let you know the date of your installation, and then confirm this date with you closer to installation time.
