Home inspection checklist
To help speed up the process for you, the customer, we have compiled a list of everything you will need to have ready before your ZEN Rep arrives. You will need:
- a current Electricity bill
- a Council Rates notice.
The details we will require are:
- your NMI number (Electricity bill)
- your Meter number (Electricity bill)
- Is your electricity Off Peak: yes/no (Electricity bill)
- your Meter Phase (3 Phase or Single Phase)
- the Name of your Electricity Retailer.
Some other things to think about in advance are:
- The desired location for installation of panels: House, shed etc.
- Does the desired location have any shading issues? I.e. large trees or buildings to the north or west of the site.
- Is it near the location of your Electricity meter?
- Roof Aspect: Does the desired location face north?
- Roof Pitch: Is the roof angled (30º is ideal) or flat?
