This is why we refuse to quote a job over the phone, insisting we come out to your home or business, for a free, no-obligation inspection.

Why? Because there are far too many factors that must be considered to make sure the system we quote is the right one for you. We also want to protect you from any hidden costs.

An on-site visit allows our staff to determine if your electricity switchboard meets current standards, ensuring you won’t be caught out by unexpected upgrade costs on the day your system is installed.

By being at your home or business, our trained staff can also look at your roof, to make sure the system we recommend for you is going to maximise the energy your panels generate. And the more solar energy generated, the more you will save in electricity costs.

We take the time to go through the many different systems available, to make sure we find the right system for your needs.

A ZEN home inspector will also establish if your home has any shading issues which may reduce your system performance. These may include large trees or other buildings within proximity. This cannot be achieved over the phone, or by looking at your roof on the Internet.
